If you mean chosen by the American public then yeah, they was the ones that loved him and kept voting the America's Player stuff to go in his favour.

I would also agree that Dick was a "chosen one", he was definitely favoured in the sense that someone like Jen got punished for hiding his cigarettes, even though she did it in retaliation to his out-of-order bullying, which was never punished at all.

Maybe "chosen one" isn't the correct term but he was certainly favoured.

Edit: Oh no, just read back a few pages and saw that James is HOH! I wish Natty would've held on for longer! She would've nominated Josh!

he changed his mind and decided to keep Dick.Basically the DR lent on him...
Did you know D&D knew they would be on the show together(rumours they actually arrived in the same car!).And they were always going to team up,infact they both tried out for season 6...

Plus D&D received the best edit i have ever seen on any RTV show.If America would've seen the true Dick.No way would America had voted for him time and time again

I dislike James, not happy he is HoH, Natalie's stupidity really makes me cross, the others should use it more, but they seem reluctant to destroy her credibility, unlike Allison's. Josh thinks he is so clever, then believes Nat.

I don't mind the twist, I quite like James, I quite like Alex, what really peed me off once again is the stupidity of some of these people.

You decide to backdoor someone and you successfully evict them, so what in God's name made Adam and Natty vote him back in. Okay Natty is very stupid when it comes to quick decision making, but what is Adam's excuse?

I knew last week they should have got rid of Josh, instead of James. I doubt they would have voted for him to return. He is nothing but a yellow bellied slimy snake.

Matty is lying and saying he voted James back, when we know it was Adam and not Matty. James isn't stupid though and he knows Matty voted against him.

Sheila was picked for the block because she made a deal with him to keep him and then saved Sharon. He knew she lied and she admitted she has lied in this game.

I have just put my streaming on and we have Matty and Adam on stream 1. Adam and Matty are reading Bibles. Ryan has just wandered in and lay down on the floor. Matty and Adam discussing where they each are in the Bible - Adam says he is on Kings.

I switch to stream 2 and Sheila is laying on her bed in the boat room and Chelsia is sitting in a chair chatting to her. They are talking about past BB seasons and stuff that has happened in the house with past hg's.

Got to laugh, as neither Sheila or Chelsia like each other, but when you are bored in a BB house, you are bored enough to pretend to like someone.

I didn't have the live feed but I did the same thing I'm doing this series, reading all the live updates and watching clips on YT and yeah Dick was vile, I wasn't that big of a fan, I was a Jen fan.

But still I don't think things can be truly fixed in BBUSA, yeah they can influence slightly in the DR but you can't choose who wins comps etc, if that was so then the producers would've wanted Janelle to win BB6 or for her and Will to be the Final 2 in All-Stars etc.

Plus it was Eric's mission to try to get Dick to stay that week I believe, so the DR was just putting more pressure on him to do so.

And the rumours about Dick and Daniele arriving together were false. They both went to BB6 together as partners for the "Summer of Secrets" twist but they didn't make it on.

At the BB8 auditions when Dick arrived the producers said to him "Did you come with Daniele? Because she was here earlier" (all the producers knew him because he'd been auditioning since BB4/5?) and he said "No, we haven't spoken in two years".

Plus most of the more vocal BBUSA fans have the live feeds and most of them still loved Evel Dick, just check any of the message boards from around that time.

I personally wanted to see Jen win, but as she wasn't a contender I'm quite glad Dick won.

If you read up about BB6 people mention the minor fixing Janelle had.One HOH she lost and they had the comp done over

What? most of the posts i read people were against D&D.And you notice at the end the final America vote was to Evict the Whinny one.So even in the end the US public were becoming wise

Bottom line BB8 had their story and wanted it run to the very end.Yes there were terrible players helping Dick,but he got far too much help from the producers

And also Dick's gameplay was terrible.One of the least worthy winners ever imho

Hiyya i just thought i might pop onto read the lastest updates cause i live in the uk and we only get it tuesday and thursday

the highlights shows are an hour long on tues, weds and sun, well..42 minutes but the adds are mahooooooooooosive.
