Hubbie back home off nights - wont go to bed - watching the Tour - Look at that Chris - what athletes they are - look at the scenery - That Neil [?!] Armstrong - what a bloke -

turns over when the ads are on for me to get a quick fix -
anyone watching E4 interactive - updates would be appreciated

later i'm off to get a bottle of tan - i have missed most of the summer

dont even tell me about BBUSA

i need rehab

I switched from BB to Le Tour a week ago but now that the Tickle is back I'm going to have to try and watch both and the cricket and spend hours on the internet

I also have to fit in earning a living as well

Ooh, life is hard

OT - but just a word for Lance Armstrong. Having recovered from testicular cancer which almost killed him, he worked his way back into the sport and won four consecutive Tours de France, widely acknowledged as one of the most gruelling of sporting events. No-one seriously expects anyone else to win it this year as well

He is a remarkable man

I'd much rather watch the tour de france myself! 100th anniversary this year.

if they hadnt already had the pedal boat challenge - it would be a good idea to have a tour de france challenge with exercise bike - it would be good to see them all in lycra [cameron ?]

-- they could have french evening entertainment and food - frogs legs etc - can can -
steph would look une belle francaise with her small dark features

at least hubbie would be a bit more interested - although i must admit he was really chuffed that jon's back.

to be honest - i love le tour - if only i wasnt hooked on bb already this year - i would be avidly watching with other half

in fact next year perhaps we will book to go to france and follow it - do something for real rather than live through the false lies of a load of nobodies.

chrissie - also loves cycling - but only on the flat

mmm.......difficult to see Scotty as the hard man of BB

More of a Cippo or Zabel - sit quietly in the pack, hope no-one notices you, nip out near the finishing line and sprint home

Cammy, with the SA trip and all his coverage is doing a Jackie Durand - going from a long way out, hoping to hold on with a long lone break. Methinks the pack will catch him !!

And like Zabel in Lyon --- Scott has now ended up flat on his @rse and trailing the leaders ha ha

There are a couple of cycling terms that sum Scot up "sitting in the wheel " and taking a Tow". in the Tour like BB noboby has respect for a freeloader, hope the "man with the hammer" gets him on the final climb.
BTW really miss C4's Tour Show now occupied by the 6:00pm BBLB used to enjoy Le Tour at six flick over to E4 BBLB at seven Eurosport highlights at 9:00pm C4 BB at 10:00 proof that you can be a Tour and BB fan , July best month of the year

I've got the hump cos itv 2 have dumped live coverage in favour of some crappy problem shows.

How dare you compare Scott to Super Mario! You've still got to do the same race as everyone else, and if you win you must have ridden faster. Scott isn't doing that!

Incidentally, I can image Cameron dressed as Der Teufel, jumping up and down as the Tour passes him by.

Then the highlights would give us 50 minutes of The Devil and briefly mention that there was a race on

And poor old Cammy - he doesn't get to sit on one of those super thin saddles for six hours - he looks like he might enjoy that, especially after tonight !!

I'm thinking that Cam looks a bit like Jan Ulrich of a couple of years ago.
