Good quality 6m Aerail lead ?
Does anyone know where I can get a good quality 6m TV aerial extension cable (male to male) ?
I am currently using a cheap 10m jobbie, but since going to digital freeview I have noticed the odd "no signal being receieved" message. I normally have a 75% to 100% signal strength reported by the box !! The 10m cable I am using is far to long, so there is a great bundle of spare cable coiled up which may be picking up interference. Can't be doing any good. Also, the cable passes very close to two computers and I bet the screening on my cheap cable isn't upto much. So I am in the market for a 6 metre well screened cable, anyone know where I can get one ? Thanks |

You're probably best off buying the cable and connectors seperately, it's not a particularly hard job, just make sure there are no shorts in the finished product. I use satellite cable, which is a bit thicker and sometimes a pain to get in the plugs, but I've got a 20m run going down to an outbuilding which is fine.
