Has any one else had this problem with the Telsey FS6 STB ?
Upon switching on Telsey box on Tuesday, I noticed all colours are washed out and black is displayed as grey. This occurs on channels delivered both through the arial and through the internet connection.
The mute button on the remote control has simultaneously ceased to work.
The TV guide pictures above the EPG appear larger than before.
All connections have been checked. Connection to TV is by HDMI cable.
The router and STB have been re-booted several times without any luck.
The TV displays true colours from built-in tuners, (analogue and digital), DVD player and a separate freeview box.
No settings have been changed recently.
