Portable Multiregion DVD player
Does anyone know of a decent portable Multi region player?
I had a Shinco one for nearly 2 years now and over the last year it had been playing up and not able to read some discs which is very annoying so I don't really want to go back to that brand. The thing is most places I look I can only find region 2 only players. I need a multi region one. A 7" screen is quite big enough, I don't have a big budget but I will take all suggestions so over £100 will be fine but not near £200 mark |

Why not try a different approach? For example look for a machine you like the price of and then do a 'google' to see if it can be hacked.
For example, on your behalf, I just looked up portable DVD players to be led to Empiredirect where they have a 7" one (Daewoo DPC 7600P) for about 75 quid. Then I googled 'Daewoo 7600p hack' and was led to "If you want to make your Daewoo DPC7600P portable dvd player region free then use this hack. 1. Turn on the player. 2. Open the DVD tray. 3. With the remote enter 9735. 4. A menu will appear. 5. Navigate up or down for the region setting. 6. Select region 0 for multiregion. 7. Exit set up." Any help? Even if you don't want the Daewoo, the method's got to be worth a shot. |
