vodafone 121 not working on new port |

vodafone 121 not working on new port
When I dial 121, I get "number not in use"
I have tried to register my phone, and reset voicemail 1211, but still get number not in use. I have called customer support at 25p a time 4 times, but it is not resolved. I bought another vodafone payg sim, and voicemail works fine on that?? What should I do? try porting it from vodafone to vodafone? I have ported numbers into my business account without any problem. Do Vodafone disciminate between PAYG and business users ? |

email vf customer care rather than phoning them.

I thought the number had changed to 242, at least mine is working with 242.

I would like to take a look at your Vodafone account to ensure all your settings are correct. I think the best option would be for us to delete your current Voicemail settings and to start again. I understand you have already tried emailing us but not had any response, I'm sorry about this, would you mind trying again for me by using Vodafone’s online contact us form here.
