Not getting O2 free texts on PAYG

I topped up £10 end of January, and topped up a further £10 about two days ago. I am about to top up another £10 tonight so that's £30 in the last few weeks and I am not getting my 300 texts.

I thought the more you top up you get more texts? the date I topped up has been the same for about two years.

I did use alot of minutes on the phone towards the end of January but it's a new month and no free texts any ideas?

Phone them and complain. The will turn it back on again.

Thanks, just phoned up and found out I was on the old tariff of 300 free texts so I have been moved to unlimited for next month.
