just watching the football and the picture as like froze 3 times in the first 30mins . so to get it to start again i i have to put the tv guide on then select channel 5 its been a pain . i have one of them boxes with the big green light on . and guess what its froze again , oh its started by its self then . i dont have a user guide for it . i didnt notice till he want that he never left one ..... so what im asking is there a easier way to go say to channel 6 then back to channel 5 with out putting the tv guide on

just click on the programme channel + or - button to go up or down one channel.

or

click on the number eg.4 to change to channel 4 then 5 to change directly to channel 5 .

the picture on my tiscali as been freezing all weekend
it drives you potty does anyone else get this problem
to get it moving again ive had to move up a channel then back down then . its frozen 6 times in half a hour .does anybody no why it does that

Sounds like either a line profile issue or a STB issue. Can you post this in the Tiscali TV forms so we can have a look for you please.

well the picture is still freezing been trying to watch the football on itv4 and its froze 9 times in the 2nd half . as any body else had this trouble and got it fixed in the end

well the engineer came out today and he looked at some info on a tiscali web page to see how the tv was running . he called someone up never once checked the box said everything was fine . stayed to make sure it didnt freeze for 15 mins which it didnt , 10 mins after he left it froze and been bad since .try to post in the tiscali site but they must lock it after a certain time
