Has anyone else had the issue of removing Orange safeguard from their account, but when browsing the web, the message still comes up saying that safeguard is on, yet my account setting is showing it as off??. I have cleared the cache, and turned the phone off and on following sim updates, but to no avail. Problem has been raised with Orange, but it is going to take 24 hrs to resolve they reckon.

might be worth them terminating the product then re applying it on your account. Remember when the safeguard is switch off its not just like flicking a switch it means lot of services need to be moddified which can take up to 72 hours from activation.
