Tonight it will be tuna pasta using the finest spanish tuna and San Marzano tomatoes, anchovies, a few finely chopped olives and a pinch of dried chilli. Salt and pepper of course and fresh tagliatelle.
I have a rib of beef to roast tommorow with all the trimmings.
Oh happy days!

I'm making my other half chicken breast topped with cream cheese, pesto and pine nuts and then baked in the oven. He's having baby new potatoes and purple sprouting broccoli with it.

I'm just having the veg as I don't do meat.

Oh and a bottle of champers.
