Im roasting belly pork slices lightly seasoned and herbed served with creamed mash (with an egg yolk for richness) fresh broccolli and gravy .

Have you tried them with creme fresh? i was on ww and i still have Fajitas with it, its lovely! and im sure its nil or very low points.

Have you tried them with creme fresh? i was on ww and i still have Fajitas with it, its lovely! and im sure its nil or very low points.
I actually prefer it to sour cream! Sour cream is abit too runny it makes excellent Guacamole!

sezegg not being pickey isnt it Creme Fraiche ?

Chilli Prawn Bucca-something from M&S. It was spaghetti with fresh sunblest tomatoes. yummy! was thinking I would treat myself to it all day.

Tonight it will be tuna pasta using the finest spanish tuna and San Marzano tomatoes, anchovies, a few finely chopped olives and a pinch of dried chilli. Salt and pepper of course and fresh tagliatelle.
I have a rib of beef to roast tommorow with all the trimmings.

I'm making my other half chicken breast topped with cream cheese, pesto and pine nuts and then baked in the oven. He's having baby new potatoes and purple sprouting broccoli with it.

I'm just having the veg as I don't do meat.

Oh and a bottle of champers.
