Oh no, can't stand Crispy Boils. However will put up with him for the brilliance of the Foos. Most of the rumoured supports look good - would love it to be QOTSA (have just got into them and they would rock!)

Foo Fighters are live on Radio 1 at 10am from Wembley with Jo Wiley.
My OH saw them on Monday at Man City & said it was awesome! Futureheads were apparently great (although, they missed them performing due to the coach driver taking them to the wrong stadium twice)! ![]() Manic Street Preachers didn't really get the crowd going though ![]() The Foo's were on stage for around 2hrs 40mins & kicked ass

I went to see them in Manchester on Monday (the third time I've seen them) and it was hugely disappointing - the same set as they did at the MEN Arena last year, with the same jokes etc. Also Dave's voice was clearly going by the end of the show. Since then we've sold our Wembley tickets.
Oh, and for those going to Wembley be aware that the promise that the show would be in the round isn't strictly true. The Wembley stage is a circular stage at the west end of the stadium, with a walkway going to a small stage in the middle of the stadium where presumably they'll do the acoustic set. Manchester just had a "traditional" end stage. |
