So..I've just got a contract on orange and I've got the dolphin 35 - so £35 for 600 minutes and unlimited texts plus the £180 cash back...
all is going fine appart from one thing and was wondering if you guys could help!

When I checked online before I'd even used my phone it said 220 minutes remaining and I've used my phone since and the minutes have gone down as they would normally.. but still...I was sposed to get 600 with my package!
I've thought about it and emailed orange but they haven't responded yet..but its one of those things that keep bugging you..

so..please..if you have any idea..do tell me!

Cheers!

Its hard to explain, but lets say there are 30 days in a month, and you get 300 minutes.

If orange have their billing date as the 1st, and you have signed up on the 15th, you only have 15 days until your bill. So you will get charged half your line rental, and get half your minutes. Your first bill will include 1 months line rental in advance and also this smaller section of this month.

I thought that but then I confused myself....
But I get it now!
Thank you!!

Another question while I'm on the subject if you have any idea, They are doing a £180 credit back thing on my contract, do you know how this is distributed? will i just get £10 off a month or will they do two different transactions and take out £35 and put in £10?

Man, Orange confuse me!

Orange will credit your account with £10 per month which will show as Air Time Credit on your bill.

You will only have to pay £25 per month.
