Vodafone are well known for being expensive however as a long time customer i have noticed that your paying for what is in my opinion a superior service, no dropped calls, 99% coverage, excellent customer sves, 24/7 billing and customer sve assistance.

Vodafone may be dear but its a dam sight better than any other network ive been with and ive been with almost all of them and been left dissapointed by the crap quality service offered.

I've always found call quality on my Vodafone pay as you go is appalling but on my Orange is crystal clear (same phone after changing SIM over). All sorts of regular bleeping noises and words dropped out of conversations on Vodafone but on Orange perfect sound.

Pitty the customer service on Orange is dire. Even before it (mostly) moved to India.

The new tarrifs are all listed on the Website. I don't see the point in listing them here.

The animals haven't changed but the values and prices have.

Of particular point of interest is the new Multimedia Dolphin 40 £35 750 Mins, Unlimited Texts, Unlimited Browsing + Bebo Extra.

And the Panther 75 £50 1800 Mins & 500 Texts with either Unlimited Browsing, Unlimited Texts, Unlimited Landline Minutes or Unlimited Orange to Orange Minutes (Free Itemised Billing and Voicemail).

You were the one that asked me to talk about them. Not me!

So to complain about me doing so makes you look silly :P

Orange hasn't been competitive for a few years and the quality of service has dropped considerably. The Orange website is awful to navigate around and find anything on.

They do need to sort that website

In fairness, the O2 website is stuck in 2001 - absolutely awful
