Hi all, can anyone recommend the cheapest decent surround sound decoder that fits this bill?:

2-3 Digital Ins (Optical or Coax)
I don't require radio
I already have 5.1 speakers (Whafedale)
Definitely works with Sky DD5.1 without crackles (so no Denon or Yamaha)
Would be nice if it has an HDMI DVD Player
Budget: £150
