Hi
I've got a Samsung LE37M86BD LCD telly and have SkyHD and a MediaPC connected to it via HDMI cables. They are my only inputs but to switch between these sources I have to go through the SCART sources as well:

HDMI2 > Ext1 > Ext2 > HDMI1

Which is a real pain in the buttocks.

Any idea if the analog Ext sources can be disabled? I can't find a way of doing so and it is the only thing that I don't like about my telly.

Never looked on a Samsung, but on a Sony you can edit the names of each input - including a 'skip' option - this effectively disables the inputs.

Check your Samsung for something similar?.

You can rename the sources to --- but that doesn't disable them

All other sources automatically disable if there is no label and nothing plugged into them, but not the 2 SCARTS

Hi Fussy,
I have the same tv & emailed Samsung about this and was told by them that there was no way of getting around scrolling through the inputs.
By the way hows your picture on the tv - do you get any ghosting / hazing ?.
