How much do you spend a month?
Out of interest, how much do people usually spend in a month on their phones? Either on Pay As You Go or Pay Monthly?

For £20 a month I get 100 mins and 550 texts through Retentions at Orange. I had to haggle quite a bit, but eventually got something suitable. Its just about right for my needs, with a few mins and texts spare each month. Monthly contract

Do you check regularly how many minutes and texts you have left then?

i spend £10 per month on o2 pay and go. i get 50 mins for topping up £10 and at the moment seem to get 20 texts as a treat. from the £10 is deducted £7.50 for my data bolt on.
don't seem to spend much of the remaining £2.50 or £3.50 (since they seem to give me an extra £1 when i top up). |

I spend about £1 on my Orange phone every month, my bill with O2 is £40 per month, T-Mobile £15 and Vodafone £25. Not forgetting the PAYG but I only top them up as and when, just got a Blyk one which I will be trying to use shortly. I am about to embark on a contract with 3 when I can find one for what I need but it has to be the £20 mark.

Well I get £34 a month from T-mobile, but I'm struggling to spend it - so I guess its about £15. And that's me sending random texts!
When I was on PAYG it used to be about a £5. |

£20 a month with O2. 200 mins and 400 texts. That took quite a bit of haggling with retentions though.

even though i get unlimited everything for £25 my bills are still coming in at over £75 per month "5 contracts"
i pay for my mums contract, my contract, and i have 2 other contracts that i dont use i only get phones on them for free . With the 0845 number calling and premium text messages every so often the bill adds up. I used to spend £150 a month.... |

Cool, that's great, thanks for giving me an idea of what is available....
Now I'm wondering if any of you would be kind enough to do me just a little favour? I'm a student and am trying to carry out some market research. I would really appreciate it if you could follow the link below and answer a few questions for me, it shouldn't take any more than a couple of minutes. Thank you! http://FreeOnlineSurveys.com/renders...7ancyb5j398027 (p.s. I'm sorry if I've annoyed anyone by doing this, I'm just trying to be resourceful and get as much genuine research as possible.)
