Hi I used to own a panasonic dmr ex75 which I sold and bought a sony rdr-hxd 870.
Now I have found a dvd-rw which was recorded on by the
dmr ex75 but I forgot to finalize it and it quite rightly it wont play on the sony is there a way around this problem with some sofware on a pc or is there another way around it.

I think you might have to ask someone with a Panasonic to finalize the disc for you. I've just tried an unfinalised -RW from an EZ25 on my PC, as far as Windows is concerned there's nothing on the disc at all.
