2 questions about vodafone and n95

Hi guys and girls ok I have 2 questions:

1 is I got my vodafone contract yesterday and have been trying to register on the website to view my bill online etc but its not working. Does anyone know if the service is down?

2 is on the N95 how do I check the phone memory? When I go to memory in the Tools option it just tells me the SD Card memory. I had a look in the book but I cant find how to check the phone's memory unless I missed it.

menu screen and then scroll to memory details. my view bill is working ok.

I cant see memory details in the menu. Only if I go into tools and then it just tells me the memory card not the phone memory My handset is locked and braned to vodafone by the way

EDIT: Its ok thanks I found it I'll just have to keep trying the website. I only got my phone yesterday so maybe I need to wait a few days or something.

Hi ryan,

There aren't any current issues with online billing so keep trying and you should be able to get on there. If not, could you try from another computer or internet browser? You will be able to register as a new customer, it just won't show any call data at the moment.

Thanks mate. Yeah it was all fine and going well until I tried again until it asked for my account number which I dont know yet as I have only recieved my phone and sim card from Vodafone nothing else so I'll just wait until I get my first bill.

on the page were its asking you for your account number, does it request a pin number instead on the top half of the page? it should do. if you havent set a pin number up if you dial 191 and set one up with customer services, the online registar page will accept this instead of having to put in your account number etc.

I'm deaf at the moment so I cant use my phone for calling yet. Its all done now anyway. I got a letter today confirming my direct debit and it had my account number on it so now its all set up now
