Yes, there is. I guess I'm the same, but I don't really have much of an accent. I grew up on the Isle Of Man, lived there 10 years, moved to Liverpool and tried my best not to get the accent. Not sure how strong an accent I have got.

I suppose northern accents will seem pretty strong to southerners and vice versa, if you get me.

I usually adore northern accents, but right now it's all about the southern ones. I'd love a southern boyfriend.

i work monday to friday so yeh i didnt think about weekends. i work as an e-commerce and marketing assistant (theres only 3 people in the team i work in... me, another girl who does the same job and my manager) but i basically help out with website stuff, creating new pages for it etc and mail order marketing things.

i always used to get told i have a suffolk accent when i used to work at sainsburys in ipswich. i used to be a customer trading and support person (basically meant when the checkout manager wasn't in i helped run the department and close the store at night). You used to have to do the announcements on the tannoy and this guy always used to laugh at me.

I guess some stuff i say is suffolkish like Five, Bike and water but i dont really notice it.

i don't think accent makes a guy great or not i have been out with a few southern guys being from the south and i guess its not about that but some of em arent the nicest people.

lol well i didnt used to be very pretty but now i seem to have all the jerks from high school (5 years ago since year 11) who were "too good for me" now saying how pretty i am and stuff and i am like yeh thanks. so as they say ugly ducklings can blossom into swans. but they arent the type of guys i want to have as anything in my life its just pure shallowness.

I guess I'm a bit better looking than I used to be, I kinda just feel that I still look like that when I'm out in public, if that makes sense.
I'll do myself up and feel alright at home, but as soon as I get somewhere I feel as though I look like I did when I was thirteen and never made any efforts.

i always get told i look young but then my sister gets told the same and shes 26. i guess its about being happy with who you are. a person who is happy attracts people but i understand where you are coming from.
