Getting back deleted pictures?

Is there anyway to get back a picture i deleted by accident from my phone memory card?

My phone is part of the Nokia N-series, not sure what type the memory card is...

Is there anyway of getting the picture back?

There are programs out there that can recover deleted files, but these are meant for PC Hard drives. Could try putting the memory card into the PC so it recognises it as a drive and then running a utility that recovers deleted files on it.

I used this a few times it runs from where you unzip it and its free

but not on a card mind works on HD and keys so should work
