down again :(

well ihave called tiscali 3 times this week only to be told all there computers are down . i have just got off the phone to them and i was on hold for 16 mins only to be told the system is down . told i hope your ki and why could they not put a tape on to say all the systems are down please call back later at last it would of only cost me 10p instead of £1 plus .

I only contact them by email. Customer Service by telephone never resolve any of my problems but just raise a 'ticket'. This can be achieved by email without the extortionate 0871 call rates.

The Tiscali product is excellent when all is working well but the Customer Service is poor in my experience, I'd be more than happy to pay an extra few pounds a month for better Customer Service.

Usually when a companies systems go down all of the agents take just a few seconds to tell each customer and this has a knock on effect resulting in no Q's at all.

EDIT: Just thought (too late at night lol) unless it had just gone down which is what caused the lengthy call wait as advisors keep trying and trying to do things and then have to pull the power - know the scenario well
