Nokia 6120 - Hook up to TV?/Movie Conversion

My friend has a Nokia N95 and has a cable with it that allows him to plug his phone into a tv and view what is on his phone, on the tv!

He says its a cable with a headphone style jack one end, and a yellow video and red/white audo leads at other end.

Can you get one of these for the Nokia 6120? What is this cable called?!

Also, whats the best software to use to convert avi files to 3gp to view avi's on your mobile? I woul dneed a guide aswell.
