Hitacho Plasma fault
One of my mates ownes a hitachi plasma panel, the other day it developed a fault; in the form of a thin red line running verticaly about a 3rd the way along the screen.
does anyone know what this is and what causes it ? cheers |

I can tell you I had the same problem on a Hitachi 37" 5200 series Plasma after 9 months of use 4 years ago.
Unfortunately not an economical repair and the set was replaced. |

His set is only 18 months old....oh well i'l tell him the excelent news. cheers for the replys
