5.1 Speaker System Recs
I've been searching amazon for the past 30 minutes for a decent 5.1 speaker system to go with my Tosh HDTV and SkyHD but to be honest I couldn't tell the good from the bad.
Has anyone got any recommendations? |

Forget Amazon - go and listen to a few units. One man's meat is another's poison.
If you want to listen to dolby digital sound from your skyHD box then you need to ensure that, whatever unit you buy, it has spdif inputs (optical I think for sky) or you will not hear it as its best. All other things considered, just go out and listen to a few within your price range. Remember that it will not sound quite the same in your lounge as it does in the shop (it's usually better at home - smaller room). Last edited by 56up : 22-02-2008 at 13:37. Reason: Add |
