It is tit for tat when the poster comes in and says thats the reason O2 have been given an award. Company policy doesn't win CS Awards.
I could easily go into every thread regarding O2 and say well Orange do this and do that but I don't because it looks quite childish. And there is difference between doing that, and then stating what Orange offer.
I'm not saying every salesperson operates the same way, I know that's not true. But anybody here who works in mobile retail store will tell you, they let the customer play with the phone. Why didn't your friend ask to play with it even if we do believe he wasn't offered? As I said many a customer will sell themselves the phone whilst playing with it.
