Anybody know why the wonderful Cat hasnt appeared on Idol so far this term.

Her contract wasn't renewed for this season (thank goodness!!!).
Ryan does the job perfectly well and is a lot less irritating.

She's probably having a nose job or a agency saw her talents and finally got her dream job in McDonalds or ASDA.

Thank God they saw the light and got rid. She added absolutely nothing to the show and was a major cause of irritation to most viewers as far as I can see ...

Don't mention that woman!
American Idol has just become watchable again.

She was doing the american version of so you think you can dance. which is getting shown on uk living on wednesday's.

What's getting aired on Living at the moment is season 3, which was filmed and aired on American TV last year. She will be doing the auditions stage of season 4, but that's only two days a month until next month.

I know. The sight of her made me shudder.

As far away from this show as possible I hope. She completely ruined it last year with her inane comments and stupid interviews.

I read somewhere couple of days ago that So You Think You Can Dance will have a UK version with Deeley hosting.

If that really happens then the producers will find out soon enough how detested Deeleey is over here in UK.

It's the oddest thing. Her career I mean. She's pretty and inoffensive enough to warrant some exposure. And she can read an autocue. But there's nothing else to justify this level of success.

She managed to plunge new lows on last year's Idol. Very contrived. Very "look how natural and friendly I am on this couch. And see, I am listening to the interviewees rather than thinking about what I'll say next and wondering how good I look with my legs tucked under me as if I'm at home, honestly I am".

I was so relieved to discover last year that not only were my sister and my mate hating her inane contributions as much as I was but that there was a whole online community ranting about her.

Lets not forget her annoying laugh at every thing that was siad even if it want funny and her constant interrupting of the ejected contestants as they tried to speak, no doubt thinking who on earth is this woman?!!

i am so glad that she's not doing american idol anymore - i hated watching it with her. i usually switched over when she was doing her 'brilliant' (NOT) interviews.
this year i so enjoy watching it again!!!

Too right! Last year I couldn't bear to hear the sound of her stupid voice so I had to either record and fast-forward her bits or watch it with her muted (annoying because it kept switching from her to other things without warning and I was caught on the hop).
