Since I had a replacement Telsey box installed, I have noticed a drop in my general internet speed - I know it depends on how far I am away from the exchange (about 1 mile I think - on the Vauxhall exchange) - but I am noticing speeds of around 1.3 meg and this is on the up to 8meg service.
Before I phone up to moan to someone - is there anything I can do myself to help speed this up or get a more accurate picture? I know that if I turn the tv on it takes up some bandwidth, plus if anyone is using download clients this seems to slow it down.
And additionally - has anyone else noticed generally low speeds coming through more recently?
