I have an O2 Pay as you go mobile phone I am meant to get a thousand FREE texts a month, 500 minutes FREE talktime and 2Mb free mobile internet browsing which I gather isnt much...
Each month I am charged a £3 fee and I dont get any of the above unless I top up a total of £30 or more a month...
How can they say that the above is FREE when Im forking out over £33 a month for those privaledges?
This month I only got 300 texts instead of the thousand I shouls have had.
Am I being Ripped off by O2?
Would I be better off having a contract phone?
Under trades description I feel its all wrong to state the above is FREE when I have to fork out so much in the first place.
