Does anyone know if this is possible???

some niggles seem to be getting worse and i wondered if it was possibly to completely reset it. it seems to have stopped recording bbc3 for some reason.

I can't recall a factory reset but the closest is to hold in the on/off button for a few second and release on the box. This will is just do a reboot. saves me unplugging when it freezes
