Omelette Pan and ideas for fillings ?

I just bought myself one of those omelette pans that fold in half because mine were always so 'thin' cooked in an ordinary pan. Well I tried it this morning and wow !!!! 3 eggs and a dash of milk made a really deep substantial omelette, I added some grated cheese to the eggs. Delishious.

Any suggestions for fillings ??????????

I dont tend to do fillings, but instead cook bacon, onion and mushrooms and add that to the omlette.

Bacon, onion, mushrooms is a classic
ham and tomato
red onion and ham/bacon
cold waxy boiled potatoes and herbs

Anything you fancy really just about everything goes,

Goats cheese, sundried tomatoes and sauted leeks. Mmmmm

Potato is always a gorgeous thing in an omelette. Any variation on the classic ham and cheese.
