BT price rises - rolling 12-month contract
From what I can gather, people will continue to get un-metered evening calls if you sign a rolling 12-month contact but how do you know if you have signed a 12-month contract or not? I recently moved and they mentioend a 12month contract to me which i agreed to, saying that I had no intention of tranferring but my online account makes no mention that I have signed a 12 month rolling contract.
Does anyone know how you find out if you are on a 12 month rolling contract? |

Does anyone know how you find out if you are on a 12 month rolling contract? That has nothing to do with the calls package you're on. You're probably on BT Together Option 1 (the Unlimited Weekend Plan). Check your account online to be certain. If you want to upgrade to BT Together Option 2 (the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan), you can get the £3.45/month (£2.70/month from 1-4-08) charge waived if you agree to the 'rolling contract' you've mentioned. You can upgrade online too - see HERE. |

Hi!
Yes I am indeed on Option 1. I currently pay BT £2.50 per month for the telephone calls I make so i shall probably wait until I get to 1 April before changing. BT seem to go out of their way to make things as complicated for you as possible don't they. |
