Is there something you eat at the weekend that you consider your weekend treat.

We usually have bacon sandwiches for brunch on Saturdays...oh and they taste even better because its hubby who makes them

Bottle of wine Sat night (If I'm in) and my special bacon sarnies on Sunday.

bacon cooked in a little vinegar and pepper served on thick, fresh bread with lashings of butter and ketchup and topped with red leicester!!! Can't wait until Sunday

As I have more time at the weekends I usually cook something a little more time consuming - not sure what I am going to attempt this weekend

Dim sum at the weng wah or Royal China if very hung over and unable to function.

fry up on a sunday is a right not a treat imo.

We usually order a takeaway or some sort. I also try to make a point of cooking something really nice that I don't have time to cook during the week.

I treat myself to a plate of oven chips and, sometimes, corned beef..

I normally eat healthy stuff in the week, then eat anything I like at the weekend actually, but still try and eat fruit and veg with it!

I usually have fish and chips on a Friday night but had Chinese last night so will probably give it a miss tonight.

mainly as I get them from the same place and don't want the woman that owns it to think I am a greedy pig having takeaway two nights running.

I really enjoy cooking on a Saturday, I generally have more time to be able to cook then (although I cook all week too) so on Saturday I try to find something new to try out from one of my Cookery books/recipes.

One of my favourites are BBQ spare ribs, really simple to do and they take a while to cook so you can get on and do other things whilst they are cooking.

We treat ourselves to fish and chips every friday evening.

We also buy a bottle of voddy and some coke .... so we can have a drinkie in the evenings (we normally have squash or tea all week).

I often buy my hubby a two pack of Scotch Eggs which he adores (and i hate).

I usually have something nice for Saturday breakfast/lunch/brunch, depending how late I've slept and what's on Saturday Kitchen. Last week I had a stack of thick fluffy American style pancakes with maple syrup.

Sadly I have to get up early tomorrow and drive 200 miles, but there should be a nice dinner at the end of it, so it'll be worth it.
