I need to swap my (02) sim card with my sons (three) sim card for a few months but my phone is a Samsung E250 and although unlocked won't accept a three sim .

Therefore I need a cheap as possible three phone

I recall that superdrug used to sell very cheap three PAYG phones

Is this still the case

Any ideas of the cheapest place to but a 3g unlocked phone or a three phone or an unlocked 3g phone

it looks like the cheapest three handset you can buy is the skype handset, which is £50 at CPW (well, online anyway)

The link also have the skype phone as well for £49.99, as well as the three website.

This is not true. Well, hasn't been for a LONG time.

While 3 initially glued SIMs into 2 models (the Cheapy-Cheap Motorola C975 and total horror that was the NEC e616), they stopped it after only a few weeks, way back in 2006.

Nope, they're not. Neither are they in the LG U300; a nice little phone with the latest firmware, avoiding the 81xx series dramadies.

They WERE £29.99 last week, but now seem to have shot up.

Try instore.

If that is the case, I'm stunned to hear it because none of the K530i's I've had my hands on (or any other handset bar the two models I previously mentioned) have ever had glued Sims.

VERY surprised.

Three no longer differentiate between Prepay and Contract - all handsets are available on each; gluing SIMS in could really mess up things for Pay Monthly.
