This song is utter toss. The only bits I like are Madge's little "Tick tock tick tock tick tock tick tock..." and when Justin goes "Ma-donnaaa!" Apart from that it's completely disposable. :sleep:

I wasn;t looking forward to hearing her new angle, after all, I thought Confessions was her best LP ever if not the best album of the decade (for me).

I absolutely love '4 Minutes' BUT I have to agree with the DS reviewer - it's SO unoriginal and THAT is something Madonna should be ashamed of.
But who knows, the entire album could be totally outstanding, which for an expert in reinvention would be very cool.

I quite like it, but can't help but think if this is actually the track intended for Britney and Madonna got it when Britney refused to get on the plane?

Its grown on me since the first time I heard it though.

It's not too bad but to be fair it is really Timbaland ft Madonna and Justin. She doesn't feature all that much on her own record.

I really love the Album Version with the big intro, will be stuck at #2 for a while though on ITunes - Estelle has a huge lead.

Its ok, nothing special, not much meledy to it. I like justins parts more though.

its a shame its not a madonna record. we love madonna but she seems to be making records that are simply not her. they are timbaland through and through.

It Did Nothing For Me

First listen... meh. Didn't do anything for me.

Second listen... actually really liking it. Heard it on Moyles this morning and haven't been able to get "I've only got 4 minutes to save the world" out of my head, but this is also the critical problem. Most of the song that is stuck in my head isn't being sung by Madonna!

Also, it isn't really her. Very Nelly Furtado, I thought. Obviously thats the influence of Timbaland, but I don't think this is for Madonna.

It's weird, this reminds me a bit of Crazy In Love at first I thought it was a pile of shit, then listening to it again it grew on me no end. I expect this to be a big club hit, should hit the top spot.

I'm loving this track again for some reason. I like Justin in it but now I'm finding Madonna's voice for appealing. Love this song. Justin's parts are still better though.
