I have no idea what you are trying to get at. This is a former HC customers forum and the question is about their service. What exactly is the point of posting a question to one companies customers in another companies forum?
However if you want to include the 2million plus Tiscali ISP customers in these results, then 10 individuals complaining out of 2million is even more insignificant that 10 out of 36K.

I do not agree with your statement that this forum is only for former HC customers.
The title of this forum states 'For discussion of the Tiscali TV service previously known as Homechoice.' I appreciate that the majority of current Tiscali TV customers were previously HC customers in the London and Stevenage areas. However, since Tiscali have taken over, there has been a national roll out of Tiscali TV. I am not a former customer of Homechoice but I am a Tiscali TV customer and this is the forum for me to discuss my TV service, as the title suggests. Might I also add that I do not have an issue with people discussing Tiscali Broadband or Phone if they subscribe to Tiscali TV, as BB and phone are required to be a Tiscali TV customer.
The Virgin Media forums have seperate forums for their BB and phone service, maybe this is something the mod's could look into providing for Tiscali customers?

Well, I have complained about Tiscali on this Forum.
That does not mean that I think that the service is rubbish. It meets ny needs very well at a reasonable price, but is not immune from criticsm.
For those who see only black or white, why not start a thread to name the perfect TV/VOD/broadband and telephone supplier.

Damn right I have complained. Infact I am running out of people to complain to. I have the most read thread on the Tscali TV forums 2447 reads and climbing. Actually I don't even have the TV service installed yet. I did only order it in November 2007 though, so maybe some time soon they will get round to installing it for me. Do the words "sent to the provisioning department" or "someone will phone you" mean anything to anyone else in here? I have never seen a company treat it's customers so poorly as Tiscali.
Peter we. mr damn know it all, if your so clever show me exactly on the digital spy forum where the tiscali( former homechoice) broadband section is.
you sit there and slate mrs cowbags post for being in the wrong section yet your link redirects to a section solely for virgin and sky broadband.. sorry no sign of tiscali there.
And as most tiscali customers originate from the company as an ISP and NOT a tv service which has only recently been added then the title of this section as tiscali TV is in truth incorrect and should relate to Tiscali triple service as a whole.
Until the time when there is a tiscali phone or broadband specific section then ALL complaints queries or comments towards tiscali should be posted in this forum section

bump.. just cos i love reading about the complaints people have about tiscali all in one post and second cos i know how much it upsets certain people when i say that tiscali are a bunch of incompetent arses!
