Had a strange experience yesterday,so just to warn you and save you some money on that 10ppm call;
If you have to phone Tiscali Talk on their 087 number and select option 3 for Tiscali Talk, don't enter your phone number when it asks for it, just enter ### otherwise you go through to Tiscali Broadband instead, as I did and was on hold for 8 minutes before being told that through no fault of my own I'd been transferred to the wrong department.
They say they know about the fault, I think they are just after more profits from their customers.
