3 have stopped me sending and recieving both calls and texts the reason they state being that I have'nt paid my bill?Ive checked online and my bank statement clearly shows that the direct debit has been taken out of my account.Phoned 3 and the call centre staff were rather unhelpfull and couldnt make a lot of sense of them.Anyone have a number were I could speak to someone I understand and that can help me?
