Anybody else suffer from Orange's PAYG top up functionality being down for the whole of Sunday?
I was finally able to top my phone up yesterday and added £15 to my account. When I checked my bank account £20 had been debited (and only £15 credited to my PAYG account).
One long support call later and they inform me that multiple payments are being processed on my card and that if I notice any come through *I should right THEM* what the hell...
I'm just about sick of Orange and their shoddy IT system.
