Well, looking at PriceRunner, there are a couple of 32" LG TV's for around £360.
On ebay, plenty new ones going for around the £300 mark and second had nearer £200. So, unless yours is a VERY high spec one (you don't say what model it is) I reckon you'd be lucky to get much more than a couple of hundred for it. If it doesn't have freeview built in, expect less. Ebay is OK if you're careful (especially careful if it's a higher value item like this) but, as shipping is usually so expensive on something like a TV, you're often better off just going through local ads. Not sure what you reckon you're likely to get but prices have come down on flat panel TV's a lot in the last year so it certainly won't be anywhere near the £800 you paid for it. The 14 months old thing doesn't really help .... it's outside the manufacturers 12 month warranty (unless you bought an extended one at the time) which will put some people off. |

£340, brand new. (ebay is about the only place I could find selling them new .... if it's 14 months old, chances are there is now a similar, but newer, model) So, I reckon my initial guess was right £200-£250 (£250 if you're very, very lucky). Probably nearer the bottom end of that as it won't have any sort of warranty. |

Tell a lie ....
http://www.inest.co.uk/products/LG_D...ady_-_IDTV.asp ... this lot are still trying to sell it for £750 !!!!! Although, you can get 40" Sonys and Panasonics for (less than .... my 40" Sony was about £660 and that was a few months ago now) that price now so anyone who actually buys that from them at that price should be seeking psychiatric help ..... |
