Has anyone else been bemused by the billing system Virgin use in conjunction with Talk anywhere 400? We switched to this option about 4 months ago thinking it would reduce our phone bills ( part of a 3 for 30 bundle), but these bills have increased drastically, although our use of the phone remains roughly the same. We have spent ages trying to sort this out with Virgin, and are at present awaiting yet another itemised bill --- so far we have managed to get one refund of 30 for a Virgin billing mistake, but we are convinced that there is a far greater amount owing to us. We'll be interested to hear if anyone has had a similar problem, and, if so, how and if you got it resolved.

Oh my god, tell me about it. ANY bill with Talk Anywhere on it is a nightmare. It's coz the billing date is different to the service billing dates. Thus you get the totals at the time of the bill being produced, coupled with the predicted minute when new ones have been added. It's truly bizar.
