Who uses GasMark/Temps?
So for your oven, what is the most popular method of cooking. Who prefers a gas oven, and who prefers an electric C/F cooking method?

Isn't it popular opinion that Electric is best for cookers, while Gas is best on hobs.
That's what I tend to see on cookery programs, and it certainly is the case in our house. |

I have a gas oven which is great, electric ovens take ages to preheat, gas ovens take no time at all

I'd prefer a gas oven........I have a gas hob & electric oven. I find the electric ovens take far too long to heat up. You can't control the heat the same as with gas.
