Hope I'm not repeating another thread on this subject - did a search, but nothing came up.

Best props performance ever for me was Stefan and Kristina in Series 1 - skating to Mr. Bojangles.

It made my spine tingle and brought tears to my eyes. When it finished it was one of those moments when for just a second or two you can hear a pin drop - then the applause.

Magical

My favourite props night is series 2, Kyran & Melanie with of course Wally, still my favourite routine from DOI, and the performance they gave was amazing.

Zarrah and Fred's was brilliant but nothing beat Kyran and Melanie with Wally! And thanks to ITV we don't get to watch it on you tube anymore!

Yes aren't they wonderful and their joke of a website is such a pleasure to navigate and don't get me started on how good the itv player is...

I've gleaned more info from this section of DS and other websites about who's doing what and how they are progressing than itv!! A lot of which was supplied by the afternoon show during the week during DOI 2 - what made them abandon that idea this time around as I don't think the DOI website covers anything!!

This is hard - i'll take Stefan and Kristina with Mr Bojangles from series 1, Kyran and Melanie with the suitcase in series 2 and Greg and Kristina with broom and table sking to Goodbye Yellow Brickroad.

I have to say Zaraah's didn't impress me much!

I have to agree with the OP

For me... Stefan and Kristina's Mr Bojangles in series 1 was my favourite
(Although I do remember the bruises on Kristina's arms from being lifted up with the broom under her arms!)

from this series I actually really enjoyed Greg and Kristina's performance (particularly in the Skate-off) I thought they used the broom and table really well and captured the emotion of the song too

I'd also agree with Stefan and Kristina's routine - his performances were very underrated.

I loved Mel and Kyran with Wally last year, and also Duncan and Maria, I loved the whole peeking out from under the umbrella thing!! This year I liked Chris and Frankie's.

I didn't see Series one either, but if the routine is the same as the one she did with her partner in Dancing on Australian Ice, you can see that on her website.

its similar - Stefan's was much better with more difficult skating and he had a better connection with Kristina.

No one will ever beat Kyran & Melanie in my eyes! And I'm not just talking about props week. Though that was fantastic, and of course my favourite. Zaraah last week was also pretty awesome!

Go team Palascak!!

I think one of the aspects that made Stefan and Kristina so special was the fact that he didn't have a big fanbase and ended up in the skate off so many times and then brought off this magical performance.

Stefan & Kristina's Mr Bojangles - beautifully skated with great integration of the prop into the routine and all the more special for being kind of unexpected from Stefan.

Also loved Duncan's Mr Blue Sky with the umbrella.

I was one of Stefan's fans - he was a bit like Greg for me, in that he started to creep into my affections as the weeks went by - his improvements were huge & in the last few weeks, I voted for him.

So for me the best props performances have been: Stefan & Kristina, Kieran & Melanie and this year Greg & Kristina
