We need to get some phones at work where we can access email on the move. I have only ever heard of BB's being able to do this.

However, the firm uses Windows Mobile and I was told that if the BB is Windows Mobile Compatible, we can buy them..

No is your short answer.

Blackberry's use their own operating system, which is not Windows Mobile.

A Windows Mobile device would be something like the brand new HTC Shift or HTC Tytn II.

They wil integrate/synchronise with a Windows PC but don't run Windows Mobile, which I think is probably a good thing
