orange after 6 calls

a friend of mine, is on orange racoon £15 p/m.after 6pm with unlimited calls is there a restriction on how long you can be on the phone

Advise her to carefully read her contract, and while advertised as unlimited, they may have a fair use policy. I'm on o2, and their unlimited o2 to o2 calls deal has a FUP of 2000 minutes; it might be a similar amount to that. I think orange also have free calls to customer care from their mobiles; you might advise her to ring up and ask what the limit is and how they handle you getting near / going over it.

thanks ricardo,im sure thats what shes got equels about 1 and a half hours a night and only to landlines yes unlimited is not unlimited !

As far as I am aware all of O2's unlimited tariffs are properly unlimited.

The fair usage was previously 2000 minutes.

Yes, They now have an excessive use policy, as long as you are making voice calls for non-business use then its unlimited.
