Contracts
i have a 18 month contract and am not happy with the service am i allowed to end the contract early or do i have to carry on and if i do end it will i be charged

If you end it early you will have to pay off the remaining line rental taking you up to the end of the contract.

Unfortunately you have entered into a legally binding contract and therefore can not leave that contract simply because you are not happy.
If the contract provider is not keeping there side of the contract then you do have grounds for complaint. Which company are you with and what are the problems you are experiencing? |

3 and i am on emergency calls only for 2/3 of the day and some of the offers that came with the phone havnt been applied

Call them and get the offers applied, if they are on your contract which you signed then they will need to honour them.
