o2 data bundle
just joined o2 pay and go and asked for the data bundle. i was told to dial 4444 option 2 and option 2 again to check balances. any way on there it says i am on home 100 and o2 unlimited. but no mention of data bundle. cust serv says its on but dont mention it on there is there a problem

The thing is that there is no balance for the data bolt-on, you haven't got so many megabytes left. So there is nothing to read out to you.
If you are worried, then make a note of your balance (use *#10#) use some data and check your balance. |
