Help picking the right TV
Hi all,
okay so i'm looking to buy a new tv for the bedroom/den i'm looking for something around 26"-28" mark as it's not a big room, but I don't really know where to start, but there's a few things i'd like to clear up to help me on my way First of all I should mention I hope to be using it for SkyHD, Wii, Xbox360 and standard DVD's, haven't really thought about Blu Ray as of yet, but may consider a PS3 in the future. so 1080p - I know you can't get these sizes in 1080p at the moment, but firstly will 1080p ever come to this size of tv and secondly would I really see any difference vs 720p at this size and would it be worth the wait if they are due to come out any time soon 100HZ - Should I be interested in 100Hz, will be playing a lot of games and watching a lot of footy primarily, is it available at this size, and what real benefits would it offer me Lasty taking what i've said into consideration, would anyone think of recomending me a set, i've been looking at the Samsung LE26R88BD, which looks a nice set. I don't really have a price in mind, that one is about 400, and i'd be happy to go to around 500 if there's something better out there. Any help would be really appreciated |

first thing to consider is HDMI sockets, make sure it has at least one
as this is the new scart 1080 P I think you may be waiting a while for that size to get them........... and if its the bedroom does it justify it ? 1080 i would do think you will have to go bigger if you are connecting all that stuff up to it and get something with 3 HDMI sockets |
