Where's My DVD Channel
ftv

I have a Panasonic TH42PV500B TV which is connected to a DVD player. Until recently you simply put in a DVD and it came up on the screen. Now it has disappeared completely,it plays but no picture or sound on the set. I've tried various manoeuvres although the handbook itself doesn't help. Any ideas on how I can find the DVD channel please ? (It disappeared while I was away for a few weeks - the TV and player were disconnected at the wall).I have checked the wiring and it all seems OK.

This was my problem. I'm sorry I cannot help but I am sure there are some clever people who will help.

Is the DVD player connected by scart or HDMI?

If scart , ensure they are pushed fully home.

If that makes no difference. Use the TV/AV button to the North East of the Nav Wheel on the remote and cycle through you r input options until you find the one you DVD player is connected to.
