New Orange contract problem
Hi, i signed up for the £15 "Dolphin" orange pay monthly contract (sim only) on thursday (3 days ago), and was old it would take up to 24 hours for the phone to be registered and working, however, when i dial 150 to check how many minuites and texts i have left, all i get is the "sorry your account is currently being updated message"
what should i do? any help would be much appreciated |

I'd call 150 and speak to an advisor.

Are you able to make calls?
The reason you may not be able to get your call usage allowances may be because the network is still updating your usage. For example O2 are normally 24 hours behind on there call time, so if I activated my phone/sim and then 6 hours later tried to see how many minutes I had used it would probably tell me the same thing. |
